At SanRosa Creations, every order is packed with care to ensure your handmade item arrives safely and beautifully. Please review our shipping timelines and details below.


Processing Times

  • Ready-to-Ship Items:
    All non-custom handbags, and accessories will be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.

  • Custom Orders:
    Because each custom bag is made to order, please allow up to 10 business days for production before your item ships. This ensures we have the time needed to create your one-of-a-kind piece with the attention it deserves.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
We strive to keep shipping affordable and reliable by partnering with trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.


International Shipping

We are happy to ship worldwide! Please note:

  • Delivery times vary by destination.

  • SanRosa Creations is not responsible for customs delays or import duties charged by your country.

  • All international sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or defective.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact your local post office or delivery service to help locate it.
Unfortunately, SanRosa Creations cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
