At SanRosa Creations, every handbag is handmade with care and craftsmanship. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and confident in the quality of your bag. Please review our policies below for details on returns, repairs, custom orders, and more.

Returns & Repairs

Limited One-Year Warranty
All SanRosa Creations handbags come with a limited one-year warranty. Any defects in craftsmanship or materials not caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or negligence will be repaired at no cost.

• The buyer is responsible for shipping the item to SanRosa Creations.

• SanRosa Creations will cover the return shipping once the repair is complete.

• Repairs outside of warranty coverage (including accidental damage) will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with the buyer responsible for all shipping costs.

Custom Orders & Deposits

Every custom SanRosa Creations bag is made specifically for you. Because of the time and materials involved in these one-of-a-kind creations, all custom orders require a 30% non-refundable deposit at the time of purchase.

• The remaining balance is due before the item ships.

• Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once production begins.

• Please double-check your design selections, colors, and materials before confirming your order.

If your custom bag arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected], and we’ll work quickly to make it right.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but not received, please contact your local post office to help locate it.
Unfortunately, SanRosa Creations cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once production or shipping has begun, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee or forfeit of deposit depending on the order type.
